The IWF President, Mr James Hamilton has made the following announcement:
"The IWF, in consultation with the Finnish Hosts of the 2008 Helsinki WIC, have set the ancient rule set to be played there as DBM 3.1. Renaissance will be to DBR 2.0. There is also the possibility of other rule sets running demonstration tournaments.
This decision will be revisited by the IWF and a final binding decision will be made in November of 2007. Please contact your IWF representatives and let them know your views."
